Problem is, I have done a lot cardio in the past. This made it difficult to lean down because it just made my hunger worse and made me want even more. I was unable to keep the diet in check.
This program was created to help me find a cardio-training strategy that would not interfere with my strength and won’t increase my appetite. A program that integrates ab training allows you to work out on rest days. There is very little or no neural fatigue. I created an ab program to sharpen my abs and not cause back pain. A lot of ab workouts cause back pain, they’re horrible for posture so I created the cardio abs & mobility program.
If you want to increase your results on your off days, this is the right stuff. This is a great way to get more out of your workouts, to lose fat faster, to have amazing abs, and all that stuff.
How do I use it?
I do both. I’ll do the three workouts once a week for a while, then I might want to speed things up and incorporate some cardio ab mobility workouts.
