These are the First Four Ways to Let Go
• Deciding to drop it
• Welcoming or allowing the emotion
• Diving into the core of the emotion
• Holistic releasing
The four main ways to release are not the same as the fifth.
All of these lead to the same outcome: letting go of all unwanted things.
You can feel emotion right away and allow some of your subconscious energy to flow.
to dissipate. When all these methods of letting go are taken together, they reveal the truth.
We are already right now. The first step is to stop allowing the unwelcome feeling to control you.
The second way is to welcome the feeling—to allow the emotion to just be. The third
The fourth way is to get deep into the emotion. A fourth approach is holistically embracing.

Let go is natural. It is something that babies do, and it is also natural for adults. It happens all the time and it doesn’t even bother you.
even realizing it. Are you still holding onto the thoughts and emotions of yesterday? You cannot forget yesterday’s thoughts and feelings.
You can call them back to consciousness, but they are gone.
Deciding to Give It Up
Let me tell you why I ask you to take part in a simple release. Grab a pen, a pencil or a notebook.
You would drop a small object without second thoughts.
Now, take the object and hold it in your hand. Now, pretend that this is one of your favorite objects.
Limiting feelings and the belief that your hand is a representation of your gut or consciousness. You should not be able to rely on your hand for anything.
Holding the object for a long time would cause it to start to feel familiar, but also uncomfortable. Now,
Open your hand and begin to roll the object in your hands. Notice that you are the one with the object.
It is not your hand that holds it. Your feelings are the same. Your feelings
You are just as attached as the object to which you hold on to. We keep our
We forget how much we hold on to these feelings. It’s even in our language. When we
feel angry Oder sad, we don’t usually say, “I feel angry,” or “I feel sad.” We say, “I am
angry,” or “I am sad.” We don’t realize it but we mistakenly believe we are what we feel.
We often believe that a feeling holds us hostage. This is false. It is possible to always let

Now let go of the object. What did you do? The object fell to the ground when you let go.
floor. It was hard. No. That’s what we mean when we say “Let go” Oder
“Release.” You can do the same thing with any emotion—choose to let it go.
Accepting and allowing the Emotion
Sticking with this same analogy, if you walk around with your hand open, wouldn’t it be
very difficult to hold on to the pen or other object you’re holding? The same applies to when you are trying to keep your pen or any other object.
You can either allow or welcome a feeling. By opening your consciousness, you enable the

The Core of the Emotion
Now, if you took the same object—a pencil, pen, or pebble—and magnified it large
It would seem more empty than it is. This is what you would be looking at.
You can see the spaces between molecules and the atoms. The very core of the universe is revealed when you dive in.
You will notice a similar phenomenon when you feel the same way: Nothing is actually there. As you

The spin feels free when it embraces all three aspects.
It is quite common to feel a spinning sensation, and it happens naturally and effortlessly.
The spin of itself is the end of all things. We are simply noting the spin that was always there. It is.
It was as if the Earth spun suddenly. The Earth spins at more than 1,000 miles per hour

Way – A Free Way to Release
Be Clear within Yourself
If “you” believe you can teach anyone the 5th Way—or anything else for that matter—
Take a second look at this. While you can tell the truth about someone, it is impossible to prove their true identity.
You cannot make them anything, and you can’t even share the truth. You cannot be everything.
Be yourself.
The most important aspect of peer relationships-To-The 5th Way and Peer Releasing is becoming clear
Be clear with yourself about who you are and what your limitations are. This clarity is essential to your success.

Your partners are discovering their own potential.
