Steve Andreas: Resolving Anxiety You can quickly change its unconscious auditory or kinesthetic process elements.
Anxiety, like many other problems that cause people to seek therapy for, is caused by unconscious processes over the which they have no control. Most treatments are effective despite this. for Anxiety involves confronting old fears, exploring past memories, responding to them, and arguing with the internal voice. To make it more effective, we can easily change the internal unconscious auditory, kinesthetic, and visual processes of anxiety. This process is yours. “go to” Process, a method that can be used to quickly help clients overcome anxiety.
You will learn the following:
It’s a simple, quick step-By-step process that will dramatically change your client’s anxiety for The better (a big promise, it is, but it works).
How to trigger the nonverbal sensory details that the internal voice elicits (this can prevent many anxiety responses from starting).
How to induce and promote change “cascade of kinesthetic feelings” That is the hallmark of anxiety reactions (and without it, the anxiety wouldn’t exist in detail).
You can help your client identify the specific path anxiety takes through their body (or experience it if you prefer), so that they can alter the path to reduce or eliminate anxiety.
Two full demonstrations will be shown of the anxiety-You can eliminate the process so you understand it and can share it with clients immediately.
Avoid the common mistakes made by psychotherapeutic methods that can make anxiety changes hard (or impossible).

Dr. Dan Short
Dan Short, PhD: Hypnosis for Treatment Anxiety Within the Context of Problem Solving Therapy
Anxiety It is characterized by a disorder of anticipation or dread. This is a way to avoid both known and unknowable threats. It involves doing less and thinking less. It results in a decrease in the possibilities.
Hypnosis is used to induce relaxation, ease of breathing, and a sense of security or safety. Anxiety is characterised by tension, restlessness, shortness of breath, and is often characterized as anxiety. Although hypnosis can provide temporary relief, it doesn’t address the root problem. Sometimes therapy can even be used to avoid the problem. Although it can be helpful to teach clients how to use their own bodies,-Hypnosis can also be used to relax away from the office. There are many more options.
Instead of aiming for symptom removal, Ericksonian- derived problem solving therapy aims to add a greater sense of ability, purpose, and happiness to the client’s life. The goal of Ericksonian problem solving therapy is to empower anxious clients to take on the challenges in their lives and not avoid them. The therapeutic challenges created by Hypnosis reveal previously unknown capabilities. This focuses the client’s attention on what he or she can do. The client will eventually come to appreciate the possibility and increase his sense of ability. for Growth is possible with every problem. This conference will feature two presentations by Dan Short. One includes a demonstration of hypnosis and the other is a recording.-Set up a coaching call.

Irene Lyon MSC, Global High Intensity Activation. What do Somatic Experiencing Practitioners call? “Anxiety”
Have you ever heard your clients say these things?
“One moment I’m fine, but then the next my heart is racing and I’m so scared full of anxiety, panic and fear, even though I’m theoretically ‘safe’ – it just doesn’t make sense!?”
If this is a common occurrence in your practice, then it’s important to understand, from a physiological, survival and central nervous system level, what could possibility be sending a person into such high arousal, when there’s no immediate threat or stressor present.
Peter Levine, the founder of Somatic Experiencing and the pioneer of Somatic Experiencing’s, has classified individuals suffering from intense fear or anxiety as people living with Global High Intensity Activation.
GHIA teaches that the individual experiences have little ability to be self-reflective.-Regulate (self)-They can soothe their nervous system. They live in a high level of control and low levels of resilience, which can lead to less than optimal living conditions. for Living life to the fullest.
Clients with this condition have very limited or no ability to distinguish stimuli from their external environment as well as their internal bodily sensations. They will experience all forms of arousal (happiness), anger, fear, surprise, etc. Both frightening and bad.
GHIA is a complex condition. It can be caused by many factors.-High fevers, suffocation or drowning, as well as natal trauma (fetal distress and birth trauma), early surgeries, high fevers and suffocation can all contribute to a general fear-like quality. ‘near-death’ This imprints the organism until nervous system regulation can again be reinstituted-establish.
This is what you’ll learn
Basic survival instincts of fight, flight and freeze, as well as the consequences of them getting stuck “ON” for too long.
What titration and pendulation is, and why it’s an essential first step in working with GHIA.
The promising new field of study at the kidney/adrenal interfacing is why it’s showing promising results for The restoration of nervous system regulation.
Recognizing defensive opportunities is crucial-Your clients should be able to orient their responses so that you are aware of the procedural memories they are trying to delete.-Activate and achieve completion
When working with these clients, we must teach them how to contain their experiences as well as work towards establishing physiological safety – a difficult but essential task, especially since the hallmark of this global intensity is that safety, most likely, never existed.
Irene Lyon, MSC. She is a neuroplasticity specialist and therapeutic coach. Her goal is to help people transform their lives, their businesses, and their lives. She is an expert in mind.-Two degrees are held in exercise and biomedical sciences.
