Each of us is shaped by our essence. This essence is the stuff that makes us unique, and it can be used to help clients, patients, therapists, teachers, trainers, supervisors, or supervised. This workshop will show you how to use our hidden heroes and hidden models in your therapy goals for inner change. It will also help you build the hero inside yourself.

The psychotherapeutic basis of Christine GuillouxEricksonian and systemic therapy at Palo Alto School is her clinical social psychology program. They are enriched by other approaches, such as EMDR (somatic experiencing), SE, narrative approaches, and energy psychology. She organizes workshops and seminars in integrative therapy and hypnosis for healthcare professionals both in France and abroad. The practitioner is also a lecturer in narrative medicine at the Université René Descartes in Paris. Its "global" Approach takes into account your suffering, the context in which they occur, and also how you interact with your environment (family members, spouse, work). She is open to all ages, including families. She is available to accompany you in dealing with anxiety disorders, phobias and obsessions.-Related disorders at work-Related suffering: Time management, difficulty concentrating and lack of self-control-Confidence is key-Traumatic stress, sleep disorders and communication.
