Janina Fisher, Ph.D., A licensed clinical psychologist, and an ex-instructor at The Trauma Bessel van der Kolk established Center as a research- and treatment center. Expert in the treatment of cancer of trauma, Dr. Fisher Since 1980, she has been treating families, couples and individuals.
She was the past president of The New England Society for the Treatment of Trauma and Dissociation, an EMDR International Association, Credit Provider, Assistant Education Director of The Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute and a former Instructor at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Fisher Internationally and nationally, he lectures on the same topics and teaches to Integration of The neurobiological research, as well as newer trauma treatment paradigms, have been integrated into traditional therapeutic modalities.
She is also co-Autor with Pat Ogden of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Interventions to Attachment and Trauma (2015). of The Healing of Fragmented Selfs of Trauma Survivors Overcoming Their Internal Self-Alienation (2017) and the forthcoming publication.
