The Elite Athletic Development Seminar EADS (or EADS for short) was founded in Joe and I was sick of the same, every-day strength. and conditioning seminar.

Session 4: Integrated Breath and Core Training

Everyone and Their mother loves to talk about core training.
But is core training necessary? “circuits” Are you really looking for all the things you need?
And furthermore, could it be that you’re doing all the right exercises, but doing them in the wrong fashion?
The core is what unites the upper and Smart core training should make up a large part of your programming.
This is how it works-Sessions Mike It will cover how to incorporate proper breathing into your core training, so that athletes are stronger. and More powerful, but are also less likely to fail.
Session 5 – The Block Zero Program

Session 6 – The Truth About Single-Leg Training

Single-legged training has been a hot topic for almost a decade.
But, what’s the purpose of single?-leg work?
It can replace your squats and other big lifts. and deadlifts?
How do you incorporate it in your programming?
Und last, but certainly not least, which exercises do you choose to do?
The session will include practical and theoretical aspects. and Hands-You will have a better understanding of singles.-Leg work can be incorporated into your programming. You can also use progressions to get the most from your single.-Leg training
Session 7: Developing a Coaching Philosophy
