I am beginning a new project Automated Wholesaling Case Study Group will meet on August 22nd. I’m looking for people to join me and help me create successful case studies for my new project. Automated Wholesaling 2.0 Coaching Program.

This case study group will focus on creating an automated, simple wholesaling company.
This coaching program was originally developed while I was in Prague two years ago. Technology and market conditions are constantly changing. Now I am revising and updating everything.
We’ll be discussing how to start a real investing business – for regular wholesaling and lease options.
We will be focusing only on the three most critical components of business – Automation, Marketing, and Delegation.
All of this is based on my personal experience with doing deals while I lived in Prague for several months and traveled around the country in an RV. It is also due to the numerous testimonials and podcast interviews I have done over many years with virtual wholesalers.
Here’s a list of some of the projects we’ll be working on for the 8-week period:
Week 1. We’ll start with designing the kind of lifestyle business you want to have.
You don’t need to have a complicated business to live a very fulfilling lifestyle. One of my students, Sean, has a great job that he doesn’t want to quit (go figure). He wholesales an average of 2-Three deals per month in a 500-mile market, nets him between $5,000 and $6,000 per month after expenses. That’s not a ton of money… But it’s more money than he is making on his current job… and he is only working 30 minutes a week! He’s able to pay off his debt, save for retirement, and keep the job he loves… all while ONLY working less than an hour a week!
You might just want to travel for several months around the globe (which I did 3 times in the last four years with my 6 children).
Maybe you just want to be yourself-My podcast recently featured Josh and Jess Davis as missionaries. They’re supporting themselves in Africa, without having to raise support, virtually wholesaling 3-4 Deals a Month
This is just insane!!

Week 4 & 5) Marketing – What’s Working Best >>> TODAY <<<
This topic is so important, that we will spend at least two weeks discussing it.
We are not involved in the real-estate business. We are in the marketing business. This will allow you to do unlimited deals.
What marketing strategy is most effective for flipping real estate virtual?
This will be covered in detail.
We’ll be focusing on 1) the most targeted mailing lists, 2) the easiest and most effective mail to send, 3) cutting-edge marketing strategies such as telemarketing.-marketing & having your VA’s hack the MLS.
This will be done in the context my mantra. “Marketing Done For You, In Spite Of You”
We’ll teach you how to train virtual assistants for $2/hr so they can do all your marketing work, even though you are not there.
Week 6: How to Quickly and Easily Make Offers, And Create All Important Followers-Up On Autopilot.
This concept is crucial to understand ….. The number of offers you make will directly affect your success in the investing business.

…. The speed at which you implement changes directly affects your ability to earn income.
You can make multiple deals if you have the time and resources.-Time income in real estate requires that you take seriously the most important aspect – making offers and following through.
Your highest-income generating activities should be your focus. This is what this module …. Making offers and Following up focuses on.
This is the best thing about outsourcing.
Week 7: A deeper dive into your CRM’s/Database
This is critical. This module focuses on Freedomsoft and Podio. We won’t stop at nothing.
You will let your money slip if you don’t have an effective CRM to manage your business, your leads and your business.
Week 8: Land Investing Overview
Our land investing business has seen a tremendous growth over the last year. We’ll show you exactly how we run our land business.
Also, you will get an inside look at how I automated and outsourced 100% this business. Except for a few hours per week, I do not do …..
This land flipping business has made over $50,000 in profit over the past year.
