In my work I coach billionaires and I coach people who are struggling to make ends meet. There are some vital differences between these two levels of success.

Recently, my oldest daughter was very ill. She had been in the emergency room 11 times and no one could figure out why her heart was racing at 200 beats per minute. She was dizzy. She was in pain. And she had a brand new baby.
As a mother, I was terrified and I didn’t know what to do.
I broke down crying on a session with one of my wealthy clients and he asked me what was wrong. When I shared with him that my daughter was sick and I didn’t know what to do, he picked up the phone, called a friend, who called a friend, who called a friend and that afternoon my daughter had an appointment with the world’s leading cardiologist for women.
My billionaire client was flabbergasted with me after this experience. He gave me a lecture that I took deeply to heart. My client told me that when you are at the level of success that he is, you can’t do anything without having a strong network – a community of people unified towards a common goal. (By the way, this client has a goal to create affordable housing all over the world and he’s creating a network of people who are building towards his vision.)
