Silver Shimmies This gentle series of six weekly classes is for you. Keti SharifPre-recorded video classes will be available online in August-Sept 2020.
Silver Shimmies This takes approximately 45 minutes. Somatic Bellydance Ideal for seniors and those with physical limitations. You will learn safely Somatic & Bellydancing movements with specific modifications for particular common issues; namely shoulder, back, hip, knee or foot/ankle limitations. The class focuses on gently stimulating lymphatic systems, moving the body in flowing sequences through many levels of movement and improving flexibility.
