The Method Spiritual awakening is not a journey to attainment. It is a process that focuses on the realization of spiritual dissolution. These 5 steps are intended to permanently dissolve the deeply ingrained belief that you can *make* yourself free. These steps can be followed with totality. Only awakening will remain as a side effect.

Although there are no ‘workable’ methods for awakening, they all fail ….. However, you can still use any method to help you exhaust your inner seeker. Only one requirement is required if you feel ready to take these steps. It is totality. All I ask is that you commit 100% to these steps, with all of your energy. If you are not fully committed to these steps, they won’t help the seeker.
