Navigating the Workshop
This exercise is for your daily unblocking/reprogramming practice. This practice should be completed for at least 20 minutes per day for three months.-Listen to Deep Imaginings 7 days a semaine and then work through the prompts in your journal. Afterward, you’ll move on to 2-For maintenance or to manage any new triggers or patterns that are arising in your life, you should be available 3 days per week.
You can access your data whenever you want! All you need are your digital device and a pen, notebook, pen, or earphones.
