Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT (Deep Bound Therapy) is an empirically supported approach to working with mental health, chemical dependency and complex co.-morbidity. DBT is designed to help clients establish mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. It also assists clinicians in treating clients suffering from emotional problems such as suicidal thoughts, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm.-Harm and self-Abusing urges and behaviors and challenging interpersonal styles.

This intensive training explores DBT’s theoretical basis, specific DBT interventions, and how to teach skills in individual and group settings.
