With My Complete Training Blueprint
My name is Mike Robertson If you want to make more money and have more success working with athletes and clients, you should read this article.
This is why I became a professional in this field: I love helping others achieve their goals.-Similar goals
There is nothing more rewarding than working with a coach to help an athlete. Get something done together.
But one thing that you’re not told when you get into this industry is how big of a grind it can be.
No matter how passionate or dedicated you are to training people, there is a limit to the number of 60, 70, and 80 hour training sessions you can pull off before getting frustrated, burnt out, flat.-out quit.
And I speak from experience, because I’ve seen every nook and cranny of the fitness industry.
Start at one-On-one, to semi-Training for large groups or individuals in private.
And I’ve also worked the spectrum from rehab, to personal training, to athletic development.
Like you, I’ve always had three things that have driven me:
1. To assist my clients and athletes achieve amazing results.
2 – To be really good at my craft.
3 – To be able to put in the hard work and dedication, and receive fair compensation.
My goal is to be the best trainer and coach possible. Value It also goes up.
My dedication to coaching and continuing education since I began in the industry in 2000 has helped me to be one of the most sought out coaches and consultants in the sector.
I’ve trained pro athletes from every major sport (including all-stars in the NBA and MLS), and I’m currently the performance coach for the Indy Eleven professional soccer team.
My gym, Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training, has been named one of the Top 10 Gym’s in America by Men’s Health magazine three times in six years.
I’ve had the privilege to give lectures around the globe and write for major publications such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness and T-Nation and Bodybuilding.com explains our training methods for athletes and clients.
Now I don’t say this to brag or boast – on the contrary, if we met in real life we’d probably have a great chat over a beer or cup of coffee.
Here’s what important to you:
I created my own reality, because I wasn’t happy or fulfilled working 60, 70 and 80 hour weeks just to make ends meet.
And so, just as I created my reality. You can do it! You.
That’s why I created the Physical Preparation 101 DVD’s – to help people like you get better results with their clients and athletes.
Training that is truly effective System…
A collection of sets, exercises and reps.
I, unlike many great coaches and trainers, grew up with the crazy thing called The Internet.
I had access to many coaches around the world, including one who was 5’5″.-10 years before didn’t have access to.
This access has allowed me the opportunity to absorb a lot of incredible information, combine it all with my knowledge and experience, then synthesize it into a training program.
And that’s what this is – a training system.
This is not a random assortment of routines or exercises.
This isn’t another fitness product. A Complete Training system This will make it easier to do everything, from writing better programming to coaching more efficiently.
The Physical Preparation 101 Training System
The Physical Preparation 101 Two is the definition of series.-Day seminar that I recorded while lecturing at Dublin, Ireland.
The program’s goal was to provide trainers and coaches with the tools they needed to coach at an in-person training.-My training system was thoroughly analysed.
Great programming is the starting point – you need to know the X’s and O’s to make sure that the workouts you create will give the desired effect.
Without great coaching, even the most powerful program can be useless.
You could prescribe all the right exercises, but if your clients and athletes aren’t executing them with proper technique, then they won’t get the results that they would expect!
Here’s an overview of what we cover in this video series:
- R7 – A template that you can use to create great programs consistently (that produce amazing results).
- The PRINCIPLES OF smart training and conditioning that have stood the test.
- How to manage the nuts and bolts in program design: sets, reps and rest periods.
- Here are some sample programs and templates to help you lose fat, gain muscle, build strength, and develop your athletic skills.
- The single-The biggest problem you’ll have with core exercises and breathing – and how to fix it
- How to get someone to squat safely in their first session
- Coach the deadlift to stop lower back pain.
- Should you do overhead exercises? How do you safely and effectively get someone to the overhead?
- Reaching vs. rowing – This is a critical distinction in your programming that will bring you light-Years ahead of your competition
- You should only put one.-Split the leg-Programming stance work (HINT: It’s NOT about strength!
This is a brief overview. Here’s a breakdown of the contents of each DVD.
Video 1: The R7 Approach To Training
Programm design is a challenging aspect of our job, especially when we are just starting out.
This is because you don’t have a template from which to build your programs. Each program is unique and made from scratch.
When you learn and apply the R7 approach in your program design, you will immediately be able write great programs in a fraction of the time.
Video 2: 10 Principles of Smart Training
This is the age of “new” Exercises and training programs are overrated. It is time to go back to the basics.
What are the implications? principles That lies beneath every great training program?
These 10 principles will make it much easier to write programs and customize the training process once you are familiar with them.
Videos 3 & 4 – Program Design 101
We have used sets, reps as well as rest periods and time under stress to create training effects in every program that we have made.
It is important to have a better understanding of how these variables interact to create adaptation.
I will discuss the many variables that we have and how you can use them all to turbocharge your training programs.
Video 5: The Intelligent Approach to Conditioning
Conditioning is not an option “one-size-fits-all” approach.
You need to adjust your exercises selections, sets, and reps according to the client. The same applies for the conditioning that you recommend.
This lecture will cover the many methods you have available to train your energy system and how they can be integrated into the programs that you create.
Video 6 – Sample Programming
This is a fantastic overview of program design. You can now create superior training programs.
I didn’t want to leave it at that. I wanted to share with clients sample programs to help them build muscle, lose weight, increase strength, or improve their athleticism.
You don’t need to start from scratch when you have a guide to help you get started. This DVD will provide all the information you need to start creating better programs RIGHT NOW.
Video 7: Core Training and Coaching Breathing
Breathing is a topic of great interest in today’s industry.
However, most people are unaware that coaches can also cue. “belly breathing” Or “diaphragmatic breathing” It’s completely wrong!
This video will explain the different aspects of good breathing. Then, I’ll show you how effective core training is possible with proper breathing.
Video 8: Coaching the Squat
For years, the squat was vilified. However, it’s an essential movement pattern that we must continue to preserve.
Simply put, every client or athlete should learn squat.
In this video, I will show you how to coach the squat. Also, the exercises we have found to safely get anyone squatting in under a minute.
Video 9 – Coaching Deadlift
Many coaches avoid the deadlift because of past injuries to their clients.
This video will explain the deadlift and how to cue the exercise so it effectively loads the glutes as well as the hamstrings. It also shows how to keep the pressure off the lower back.
This progression can have a significant impact on how clients feel and move.
Video 10: Coaching Horizontal Reaching, Rowing Exercises
While horizontal reaching and rowing look easy at first, many of our clients and athletes fail to do them correctly.
Also, it is important to start exercising early.-What is the difference between the standard bench press variations and what you can do in a program?
This video not only breaks down the progressions and regressions needed to reach and row, but also dives deep into what good technique feels like.
Video 11 – Rowing and Coaching Vertical Reaching
For every client and athlete that we train, it may not be possible to go overhead.
There is a crucial distinction between loading and learning. A majority of our clients or athletes have to learn how the overhead works, even if it’s not loaded.
This video will discuss the various progressions that we use to make someone move from horizontal to vertical exercises in a safe and efficient manner.
Video 12 – Coaching Split-Single and Stance-Leg exercises
Strength and power are built through exercises like deadlifts or squats. However, stability and control are vital for singles.-Split the leg-Position work.
Most people are unaware of the benefits and jump blindly into these varieties.
This video will discuss how to get maximum value from your single.-Split the leg-You will be able to streamline your stance work by following a specific sequence.
