Clearing Trauma with The Sutras, What Are the Sutras?

The first week is about establishing a foundation by learning how you can clear your inner and outer space. You also learn about the ancient Hindu Vedas, and work with the sutras. Invoke Goddess Saraswati to help you learn the practice. The first five sutras are then instilled into your brain. These five sutras can help you release old trauma. A guided reflection and activation of that special silence within you will be provided.
