Description
Many people don’t have any awareness of their bodies in space or how they are moving.
Verbally cue the exercise while you do it. It is common for them to try to duplicate the movement but there is always room for improvement. Though they are actively trying to do the exercise correctly, your verbal cues and demonstrations just aren’t enough.Â
Most people have a problem with their software (motor control) and not their hardware (structure). You can improve movement quality by giving your brain the right stimuli at the right times. You need to train the brain…and do it often. You need reactive neuromuscular training (RNT).
RNT allows the nervous system to create quality patterns and first prime. This will allow us to make lasting, permanent improvements in our function. Â This tool is great for anyone working with the human body. Training The brain is the best thing that we can do for our movement efficiency. Â
Discover step-By-How to improve movement quality with a simple method – by stimulating your brain with highly effective interventions. No more standing over someone, constantly cueing them and trying to get their squat or lunge to improve. RNT can rewire your brain and speed up motor learning.
