Is Taoist Alchemy 1: Foundation suitable for beginners?
Yes. This course is meant as a practical introduction to the basics of Taoist alchemy. However, experience with meditation will help. The practices in course 1 are done in a cross-legged sitting posture without moving for 30 to 60 mins.
