The Awakening Breathing exercises stimulate the scientifically-proven method of intermittent hypoxic therapy (IHT), without the need for expensive equipment.
Course Schedule
The course will have an introductory component that lasts 3 days, followed by three weeks of separate breathing meditations every week. Each session includes 5 breathwork meditations.-A series of breath retention techniques for 4 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of diaphragmatic rhythmical breathingwork.-5 mins. A target spO2 of 80-For 2: 85%-For 3 minutes, you can retain your breath for the best results and health benefits.
The introductory period includes some thought-provoking exercises as well as a video tutorial about how to improve your breathing technique in preparation for the first meditation. After the introductory period, each week will feature one live session (total of three sessions plus a wrap-up call at the end). Each session will include downloadable guided meditations and exercises that you can use during the rest of the week.
