Glycogen is a form of excess carbohydrate that’s stored in your muscles.
When your muscles are 100% filled with glycogen, the only time your body attempts convert carbs to fat is when you have no other options.
These muscles are rarely reached.
A typical person can store approximately 1,500 things.-Glycogen is 2,000 calories. You must consume a steady amount of carbohydrate to make your body begin the process of converting it into fat.
We can drastically reduce fats in our diet, if body fat is almost entirely comprised of the fats that we eat.
Low carb advocates love to remind insulin-sensing people that high fat is better than low carb.
The excess fat you eat is then stored as fat.

Bulky fashion models are sent home.
Also, I have been a full-time employee.-Time Fitness Writer for the Past 10 Years and Teach the “definition without excess size” My Visual Impact Fitness courses include training methods.
My programs have always been workout regimens with a few dietary guidelines.
I have never dreamed of creating a diet program.
This spring, I was FORCED TO change my mind.
Here’s how it happened…
The story begins in Reykjavik Iceland.
You can rewind the clock back approximately 8 years.
My blog is wildly popular. and an Olympic Strength & Conditioning Coach who lives in Iceland begins providing great tips in the comment section.
His name was Mark Kislich.
Mark is an extraordinary trainer. He also transformed his own body in a matter of hours before I met him.
Mark had lost nearly 100 pounds before I met him.
He’s not genetically gifted.
He has been a part of many Olympic Games. and Professional athletes achieve peak performance…
He struggled to stay lean for most of his adult life.
We quickly became friends…
We lost touch after a couple years.
He returned to training elite athletes. and spent less time online.
He took a break from the grid for several years.

Mark is in his mid-twenties-40’s.
I was BLOWN AWAY!
I’m slightly older, but it’s rare to see anyone over 40 close to this level of conditioning.
My answer?
“Dude! Are you getting ready for a contest or something? You look like you are at about 5% body fat. WHAT have you been doing?”
He explained that the key to success was a high-carb diet he was eating.
…and You can lower your dietary fat by up to 8-10% of your daily calories.
He’s been this lean for five years because he followed this method.
After hearing that, I was determined to get my act together.

I got distracted.
I began my career in fitness writing right after the Paleo movement was born.
2007 was the first year of Paleo blogs.
These were popping up everywhere by 2008!
Some of the first Paleo bloggers became my friends.
Although I didn’t adopt the Paleo lifestyle, I was certainly influenced by some of their teachings.
These Paleo bloggers became specialists around 2010. and The ketogenic diet is the focus.
Paleo is now very popular…
But the keto diet was a big movement.
Critical mass was reached by the ketogenic diet in about five years.
The keto approach has evolved over the past two years.
“Keto Diet” This is now a household name.
The ketogenic diet has become so popular that even relatives who don’t care about fitness will be interested in it.
“Rusty, have you heard of the keto diet? Supposedly you can get lean eating bacon and butter. Also…. Kelly Ripa says that rice is now bad for you.”

Ten years later, a talkshow host discusses the exact same topic. and All of a sudden, it becomes their reality.
Both Mark and I am very familiar with the keto low carb diet.

We are able to understand how low-carb diets work.
All of this is not new.
Low carb was a major influence on my diet philosophy.
Mark moved in the opposite direction.
Instead of increasing fats
He had a very limited amount of fat and Decided to eat a carb-A heavy starch-based diet.
These results are almost impossible to believe.
We are roughly the same age.
I am older but we are close enough to each other in age to have both attended high school simultaneously.
After seeing Mark’s photographs…
I grill him for three hours.-His methods were discussed for 4 months.
After just three weeks of Mark’s diet, my whole life was changed.
My face turned lean and Soon after starting this diet …., you will notice a more angular appearance. and My skin was more radiant and It is full of color.
I’m currently on month #3.
I am now leaner than ever in the past 10 years (getting slimmer every week).
