• Recurring revenue: A way for the business to generate income is essential You will earn a steady, reliable monthly income. If you don’t, you will live launch to launch. It’s stressful because you are only as good at your last sale (everyday that you start from zero).
• High Retention: The business must have high retention rates to ensure that customers stay for many years. It’s pointless to have a recurring revenue company if members are constantly cancelling.
• Run from Anywhere: Your business must be mobile-friendly. There is no need for expensive offices or retail space. Yes, it is possible to rent office space or retail space. “guru” As it sounds, you should be capable of running it from the shore if you wish.
• Scalibility Factor: The business must be able grow without you working more hours. This is the problem with “coaching” Because you need to coach more people to earn more income. You will need more employees if your agency is run.
