She is the chairperson of the behavioral healthcare workgroup for York County Human Trafficking Task Force and A protocol was developed in collaboration with community leaders to improve access to mental healthcare. and Services for addiction treatment for People who were trafficked.
A 17-Veteran of the year of Dr. Kim It also serves as the region co-lead for Services for disaster mental health with the American Red Cross Southcentral PA and Currently deployed to three large-scale disasters. Her clinical work is not the only thing she does. She also volunteers her time for consultation with York County Treatment Courts, the Healthy York County Coalition Leadership Council and As a Crisis Intervention Training Program trainer for Adams County, PA first responders
She is currently working to create a disaster response network within Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA), which will facilitate a partnership between PPA and PPA and American Red Cross to Increase the Number of Pennsylvania’s disaster mental health specialists.
