Module 1: Foundations – Creating New Beliefs & Narratives
A set of beliefs can cause extreme shyness and social anxiety. Everything is explained why this is, why it’s hard to change, and what we’ll be focusing on in the course in order to shift to a belief system that supports you in being authentically confident and social.
Module 2: Core Values & Your Value-Based Life Story
If you want to get to a new destination, you have to set a strong course that’s unwavering. This powerful values module is dedicated to working heavily with the power of values and your story – and the powerful practices you’ll be using through the program and how to implement them in your social life moving forward. Consider values and how you value yourself.-Your life story is the fuel source to defeat shyness.
Module 3: Mindfulness Part 1 for Overcoming Extreme Shyness
If you’re not aware of something, than you can’t change it in any meaningful, deep way. Mindfulness, a practice of mindfulness, helps you become more aware at deeper levels. This allows you to make changes and move in the right direction to end your shyness and social anxiety. We will not make any progress if we attempt to teach you social skills while ignoring your shyness. You will be guided through many mindfulness experiences to increase your awareness. This is one of the most important fundamental tools you can use to make positive changes in your life.
Module 4: Mindfulness Part II to Overcome Social Anxiety
Continued from the previous module, this module in-Deep mindfulness exercises, as well as how to deal with difficulties in your practice.
Module 5: Committed Action to Your Best Social Life
The rubber meets the road. This module is all about taking action, regardless of social anxiety or shyness. It is important to learn how we can take action in the face fear. It’s a module that prepares you for exposure. However, it is encouraged but not mandatory. Without action we can’t move forward, and certainly we can’t change to have the amazing social life we all want.

Module 6: Self-Art-Acceptance
Now that you’re steeped in the practice of mindfulness, it’s time to really look at how to integrate its true power into self-Acceptance – One of the most powerful aspects of one’s self-It is the best of all improvement techniques. It is the source of true, authentic self-You can have confidence in all situations, but especially in social contexts. You will be introduced into your own self-Statements and acceptance affirmations that address building social confidence and eliminating social anxiety at all levels. This module covers compassion, mindfulness and how it can be combined with mindfulness to create an unstoppable force for self.-Acceptance is the only way to find your true self.-From there comes confidence
Module 7: Optimal Breathing
It is difficult to match the power of breathing when it comes to learning how to relax deeply and to soothe anxiety that arises. We must integrate our mind and body to overcome extreme and painful shyness. This module will prepare for the next module, which will cover the intricacies of direct exposure. This module is almost two-part.-hour lesson (could be sold separately as a course on it’s own) to give you a greater sensibility of the important of mind-Body integration by breathing can bring you ultimate social confidence.
Module 8: Work in Direct Exposure
Though planning exposure work is not difficult, it’s important to get it right in order to ensure best success when doing it. We cover what it means to do exposure, designing something called a behavioral hierarchy and creating your custom exposure plan, which you’ll be working on through the remainder of the program and beyond if necessary. You’ll get all the tools you need right here to beat down shyness and social anxiety, forever.

Module 9 Social Skills & Confidence

By now you’ll be at a point where you have had some setbacks on the road overcoming your shyness. Module 10 focuses on how to handle them so you can move forward. How to keep yourself up and keep going so that you can live a full and happy life.
