We place emphasis on skill development and moving from simple to more complex movements. Steel Mace Vinyasaâ„¢ is both fun and challenging, and will help you condition your movement patterns first and follow it up with a yoga sequence integrating the steel mace into your actual Flow. This last component is similar to the first, but without weight. It feels effortless, graceful, and powerful.

Each of the six workouts is made up of four exercises-Five exercises with expert coaching, alignment and breakdowns. After you have completed the practice round, you will be able to access the bonus video with the complete circuit. It takes between 2 and 30 seconds to complete the circuit. After you have completed the practice round, we recommend that you do another. 1-2 rounds of the conditioning before moving the the loaded & unloaded flow.
After you’ve completed the practice round of exercises, it is time to move on to the 1-2 timed rounds… You are ready to move into the weighted Flow with the MaceFollowed by an unloaded flow. The weighted flow will unleash the power of maximum power recruit, making your final yoga flow feel almost effortless.
Keep in mind that the Steel Mace Vinyasa Conditioning exercises are complex and require practice. You may want to use a 5 lb mace for your first time.

I founded a comprehensive system integrating strength & conditioning with Yoga in 2011, and spent the last 6 years teaching level 1 & 2 seminars globally. Follow the program carefully, mastering each video and exercise in sequence. You’ll learn how to condition first and then flow.
Steel Mace Vinyasa The exercises are shown and then practiced in individual video tutorials. Finally, the timer is used to condition with a tabata-style timer. Our nervous system can create a solid roadmap of where to apply the torque in our shoulder girdle, activation in our deep inner core and stability in our hip rotators using the rest timing protocol of 2 minutes work (30 seconds). Steel Mace Vinyasaâ„¢ literally trains the trifecta of your shoulders, core and glutes in every single exercise & weighted flow. This greatly increases any exercise’s performance.-BODY, especially for people who have little or no yoga experience.

Summer Huntington is a Master in Kinesiology with a 500 hour advanced Yoga Teacher Training and has over 20,000 movement coaching hours. She founded a comprehensive strength & yoga curriculum in 2011, and has taught her seminars globally. Summer is an expert on both Flow psychological and training applications. She specializes also in mobility education. Her thesis focused on Worksite Wellness interventions.
