All three programs are huge stand-alone.-You can do one of these programs alone, but you have many options to do them all together.

Option 1 Concentrate on mastering one program first before moving onto another. You will always have access to all programs. Patience will often pay dividends.

Option 2: Each week, switch between the different programs. This means you’ll be doing Movement 20XX in week 1, Athlete 20XX in week 2, and Warrior 20XX in week 3.

Another option is to choose two programs and then switch between them every other week. Although this option is tempting, we recommend that you stick with one program at the beginning to avoid making any changes.

Option 3: On the days between program 1 and 2, do the second program. You can, for example, do flow workouts from Movement 20XX and high-intensity Warrior 20XX during the rest days.

This is where you need to ensure that you are able to recover enough and that you don’t overtrain. Listening to your body is the best way to do this.
