Yi Jin Xi Sui Gong – Muscle/ Tendon Bone Marrow Cleansing
This online training program is for students who have already studied one or both of my online courses: Xi Sui Jing or Yi Jin Jing. You don’t need to have studied both but if you haven’t studied at least one then this Qigong Program is not suitable for you.
This course is the culmination of both Xi Sui Jing and Yi Jin Jing. It unites the two Qigong techniques together.
In this program you will learn: part 1, 2 and 3 of the Yi Jin Xi Sui Gong – Muscle/ Tendon Bone Marrow Cleansing Qigong form. You will learn how to link this with Qi Lifting and Bone Marrow Cleansing Qigong. I will also teach you some specialised movements so you can learn how to combine Yin and Yang together.
You will move seamlessly from physical training to Qigong and back again. You will learn how this Qigong is the engine for all of your training, giving your physical training an effortless power. This is the best way to practice because then you can see that your Qigong is really working.
This is the last Qigong in the series. As you continue to connect Yin and Yang, they become one thing. There is no difference anymore.
I try to make this Qigong as simple as possible so that it’s not esoteric or secret but it’s accessible to you and you can understand and practice it easily.
Registration is only accepted from students who have already done my previous course, Xi Sui Jing or Yi Jin Jing. This course is advanced and it’s not suitable for beginners.
What you will learn:
- Part 1, 2 and 3 Qigong Form
- How to mix strength training and Qigong together
- Specialised movements to help you link Qigong with physical exercise.
- 5 lessons a week for 4 weeks.
- The last Qigong in this series
- Uniting and harmonising Xi Sui Jing or Yi Jin Jing Qigong
The sessions are streamed and you can access the videos anytime, anywhere. There are 20 sessions in total. 5 days a week for 4 weeks. Each session will be approximately one hour to one and a half. You can do the sessions at a time and day to suit you. The sessions are streamed and the links are available for 12 months.
Requirements For Learning:
- You must be 18+
- You must make a commitment to train 5 days a week
- You must have already studied Shifu’s one of the following online programs: Xi Sui Jing or Yi Jin Jing
You will need:
- a space the size of a yoga mat to practice.
- A bamboo brush
