Since approximately 95% of Our clients were Facebook, the next best step for us was to create a private FB group just for our clients.
Our goal was clear. We wanted to create a strong community with this group.
We wanted to give our clients a place to build relationships, create a environment to ask questions, and encourage conversation. We also wanted to educate, support, and keep them focused on their goals.
So I made one, and it was amazing.
But, it was possible to hear crickets after the first few week.
It was the same three people (me and one). of My trainers (and another member) were the only ones posting in there!
I struggled to find original content and ideas to keep members engaged and focused.
Posting on our Private Members is not only possible,-Just one page turned into ANOTHER thing in my never ending never-Final “To-Do” list.

An imbalance in gut bacteria can lead to anxiety, depression, and other mental disorders.
Bacteria outnumber the cells in our bodies by 10 to 1… so it’s really important to keep a healthy balance between the good bacteria and the bad ones.

Carrot French Fries (serves 2)-3)
Ingredients:
- 6 large carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oils
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
Cut each carrot in two-Each section should measure approximately 1 inch in length. Each section can be cut into thin sticks. Mix the chopped carrots with olive oil, salt and a large bowl.
